Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our business—reselling clothing and providing personalized shopping services—all sales are considered final.
However, we understand that issues can arise, and we will do our best to work with you if there is a problem with your order. For personal thrift shopping bundles, if an item or items do not fit (despite accurately giving your sizing information). We will happily exchange the item for something similar.
Our aim is to exceed our customer's expectations.
Refund Policy for Etsy and Depop Stores- the basics
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:.

The item was significantly not as described (e.g., major undisclosed flaws, incorrect size labeling).

The item was damaged in transit and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
NON Refundable Items:
Items purchased through the personal shopping service (as they are curated specifically for you). Your items however may be exchanged for something else of similar value.
Returns due to change of mind, dislike of style/fit, or buyer’s remorse.
To request a refund, please contact us at [your email or contact form] within 3 days of receiving your item. Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item (if applicable)
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags (if applicable).
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
