A legal disclaimer

1. General Information

  • Planbook Thrift Co. specializes in reselling thrifted and vintage clothing, as well as offering personalized shopping and styling services.

  • All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand goods, some wear and imperfections may be present. 

2. Sales Platforms

You can shop our curated collections through:

  • Etsy

  • Depop

All sales made through these platforms are also subject to their respective terms and policies.

3. Item Condition & Descriptions

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos for each item.

  • Vintage and thrifted items may show signs of wear such as fading, pilling, or minor flaws. These are part of the item’s character and are not considered defects.

  • Sizing can vary; please check measurements provided carefully before purchase.

4. Personal Thrift Shopping & Styling Services

  • Our styling services include custom shopping based on your preferences, sizing, and style goals.

  • At this time this service is available only for local Atlanta-metro clients. 

  • Fees for personal styling and thrift shopping services are non-refundable once the service has begun. However if you items do not fit upon receipt of your personalized thrift bundle your items can be exchange for similar items. 

  • Styling consult services are conducted online through email, video calls, or messaging apps.

  • After an initial consultation, we will send an emailed form for you to complete to best complete your shopping experience.

  • Styling services and personal shopping are non-refundable.

  • We cannot guarantee specific items or brands due to the unpredictable nature of secondhand sourcing.

5. Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the respective sales platform.

  • For person thrifted bundles, payment terms will be due upon purchase for the service fee. The itemized clothing fee is due upon delivery of items.

  • Payments for physical items are processed via Etsy and Depop.

  • Payments for virtual services must be made in full upfront via Planbook Thrift Co. website. 

  • For personal thrift shopping there will be a second charge for physical clothing items upon delivery of items. Average cost of goods averages $5 per item. 

  • All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Items from ETSY AND DEPOP platforms are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location and platform policies.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost items once shipped. Tracking is provided whenever possible.

  • For personal thrift shopping your items will be delivered to you if you live withing 10 mile radius of Decatur GA. 

  • If you are outside of 10 mile radius then your item will be mailed with additional flat fee of $4.99

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales on ETSY and DEPOP platforms are final due to the nature of vintage and thrifted goods.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of significant undisclosed damage or error on our part.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms (photos, product descriptions, branding, etc.) is the property of Planbook Thrift Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in color or sizing due to screen settings or personal interpretation.

  • Allergic reactions to materials used in garments (please inquire about fabric content before purchasing).

  • Issues arising from misuse or failure to follow garment care instructions.

  • Any injury that could occur due to misuse or packaging materials. 

10. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate sizing, style preferences, and budget information for styling services.

  • You are expected to respond in a timely manner during the styling or shopping process. Delays in communication may impact service delivery.
