You decide how many thrifted items you need/want and purchase your desired amount through the website. After you make your purchase you will fill out a short style form and we will set up a virtual style. In this session we narrow down your preferences, size, style, etc. After you style session occurs you sit back and relax and I get to thrifting for you.
Due to these items being personalized and picked for each unique customer we do not offer refunds. However we are happy to exchange items for something else if you aren't happy with an item or the item doesn't fit properly. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied and we will make every effort to find pieces you love.
NO. The cost of items is charged in addition to the fee you pay for the personal thrift shopping bundle. However you will be charged the thrifted cost of the items purchased for you. We will set a budget during your style session on how much you would like to spend on the items and we will keep to this budget.
