How does it work?

You decide how many thrifted items you need/want and purchase your desired amount through the website. After you make your purchase you will fill out a short style form and we will set up a virtual style. In this session we narrow down your preferences, size, style, etc. After you style session occurs you sit back and relax and I get to thrifting for you.

How long until I get my items

Accepted Answer

For 5 item bundle you will receive your items within 5-7 days
For 10 item bundle you will receive your items within 7-10 days. 
For 20 item bundle you will receive your items within 10-14 days.

Question 3

What if I don't like an item or items that were purchased for me?

Accepted Answer

We make every effort to pick out clothes and accessories you will love. However if you aren't satisfied with an item or it does not fit properly it can be exchanged for another item.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to these items being personalized and picked for each unique customer we do not offer refunds. However we are happy to exchange items for something else if you aren't happy with an item or the item doesn't fit properly.  Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied and we will make every effort to find pieces you love.

Do you ship items?

Yes we can ship thrift clothing bundles for a flat fee based on bundle item number
5 item bundle-$4.99 flat fee
10 item bundle-$7.99 flat fee
20 item bundle-$11.99 flat fee

If you are local to Atlanta/Decatur within 10-15 miles you do not pay shipping or delivery. It's free!

Question 6

Are the cost of the items included in the personal thrift shopping fee?

NO. The cost of items is charged in addition to the fee you pay for the personal thrift shopping bundle. However you will be charged the thrifted cost of the items purchased for you. We will set a budget during your style session on how much you would like to spend on the items and we will keep to this budget.

How are the items cleaned/processed?

Accepted Answer

Every item of clothing purchased for you will be washed, and dried, pressed and sanitized prior to it being delivered or shipped to you. Everything will be ready to be worn when you receive your items.

Why should I buy thrifted clothes?

Over 100 billion garments are produced globally each year, but over 92 million tons of textiles end up in landfills annually. Thrifting gives clothes a second life and keeps them out of the landfill.

It takes around 2,700 liters (713 gallons) of water to make just one cotton T-shirt—enough for one person to drink for 2.5 years. Buying secondhand reduces the need to produce new clothing, which conserves water
